DTT2200 Speakers, Can I get the middle speaker to work on my SB Live! non 5.1?

I have an older SB Live Value with a Digital DIN, however it is not 5.1. I can get the speakers to work with 4 speakers EAX, But I was wondering is there I way I can use that fifth middle speaker? I have tried plugging in the middle speaker to the Digital DIN but I get NOISE... and a lot of it. Was wondering if any of you have been able to get the DTT2200, or the 2500s to work with the older SB lives, X-gamers or mp3+.

I am running a 1.1 Ghz Athlon on a KT7 RAID. WindowsME.


Any help or advice would be really coool!
 
I suppose you could get a connector with 2 female connectors and 1 male connector and plug it in wiht your fron channel speakers. Radio shack should have something like that.
