Does anyone actually use a displayport connection? If so have you tried to hook up two monitors in series?
Or, do you use any kind of dock to connect to two external monitors.
Basically I'm wondering what is the best way to dock with a dual monitor setup. I definitely dont want to deal with connecting two video cables, a power cable, and several usb devices. I would love to cut it down to one or two connections. But two external monitors is a must.
Right now I'm thinking about a Lenovo X220 with ThinkPad Mini Dock Series 3. But I'm trying to keep the price under $1000.
