Well,
This was a major deciding factor in me picking up the fuzion (and the derlin top)

Initial test results seem promising...... Link to thread

Currently in-stock in the UK

Petra's has them in stock also Here picked up a set for 6.97 shipped in CA 🙂

Whats your guys opinions on this? I figure for 7$ shipped at the very least it will be fun to play with.

Results look promising, don't think I'm going to bother since my opteron sits at low 40's full load anyway. But for others who have a higher heatload it would certainly help.

well most of the tests done with the accelerators were done on dual cores.

No results out for quadcore's and i dont think you'll see any great improvement. You would sacrafice the cost of flow rate and back pressure for the jets. The Fusions main sell point was the low loss in these catigories.

For a CPU Loop only, i dont think it gets any better then the Copper Top GTX. Altough its very expensive.

Now the 1 million dollar question tho. How wil these accelerators work on lets say an ApogeeGT? or even the GTX. Since there drop in accelerators, i dont see why you cant use them on other blocks.

Yeah, I plan on running my dual core until i can pick up a q6600 for 150$ or so. I think Ill have awhile to wait 😛

Wow,
initial testing results posted in the linked thread....

"Q6600 (G0) 3.6 1.41 Vcore

Pre Fitting. all cores maxed out for 1 hour, small fft's, and readings from Coretemp.

61 60 57 57

After fitting, and allowing the machine to warm up alittle. Again 1 hr of small fft's

58 56 52 51"

Not bad 🙂
