I have a DTA310 adapter for Packet8 VoIP phone. I found an ac/dc adapter for the DTA310. But I am not sure if that is the right one. My ac/dc adapter says 5VDC 0.3A. But on the bottom of the DTA310, it says 12VDC 0.6A. When I plug it in, there's power, but I am not sure if it is working. I just discontinued my service with Packet8 and wanted to start it again. But I don't want to have to sign another contract.
If you have a DTA310, can you check which power adapter you have for it? Thank you for your help.
