Instead of pushing patches out for windows xp and 2003, can't i just use the TZUpdate.reg, refreshTZinfo.vbs and DST2007-W2K.cmd, files to update all machines on the network via GPO ?

There aren't repercussions if this were ran twice ? Also, can anyone add info to this basic script that checks to see if the timezone is already updated, so it doesn't need to run again ?
