(b) Cell fone

DSL option:
- Basic fone w/o long distance - $35+
- Long distance - $20+
- DSL - $30+

Cable Modem... base speed is much much higher than base DSL..
3.0 dload base on RR cable..
1.0 on DSL..
you can pay more to get the 3.0 but its dumb when you can get it for less by going cable.
