DSL up for renewal - any Deals???

My SBC Yahoo DSL is up for renewal ...

I could just renew it for $26.95 per month (I believe it was 1.5 down and 128 up??).
Are there any other good deals?
Even if there are only available in the area (Los Angeles), this might help me negotiate a better deal ...

Cable RoadRunner really is faster now..
average 3.0+ download is most areas..
for 49.00 a month
less if you go with Earthlink..
But its still roadrunner in disguise (time warner has a deal with them)

uhh speakeasy(and covad) offers naked dsl, which i think is cool, that with vonage and you can tell sbc to go f**k themselves
