I'm switching from Comcrap cable internet to Verizon dsl when I move. They have a 3 Mbps for $30/mo and a 756 Kbps for $15/mo. For everyday use, am I gonna notice enough difference to justify the higher price? I don't game online or download a ton of music or movies.

The reason I'm switching is because I'm tired of paying $55/mo for freakin' internet (don't have digital cable, so I really get screwed).
