My boss wants to move his co-located servers out of where they are right now, and I'm looking at options. one is putting high end DSL in his house and doing it there...
And, talking to the guy who co-locates my servers (very far away), I'm curious about what you guys think about using DSL for servers? I could cut us down to just a few IP's (we have 20, use about 12 now), and he cab get megabit service I think. I'd want sDSL, right? From my conversations, some places (the good ones), run a seperate line for their DSL and have thier own DSL equipment so you don't go throght the phone company, their own DSLAM, I think.
Opinions?
