I just got DSL service in my area. I ordered the 3com Homeconnect PCI internal DSL model. I have it installed and shared with 2 other machines via Sygate 3.0. Everything runs great. (I had Winnt installed with Proxy Server 2.0, but one day it just decided to stop connecting).

Anyway, I was hoping somebody could tell me how to you would connect the DSL to a DSL router. From a few reviews, I here no mention of an RJ 11 jack in the router/switches. That is what I have going to the DSL modem, a normal "phone" Rj-11 plug. I have a Coax network, but all of the cards have RJ-45 connections also. Anybody know how you are supposed to connec the DSL router to this sort of setup.

Normally what happens is that your DSL comes into a Modem (except it's probably not really a modem). Anyway, out of the other end comes a Ethernet connection. Then you connect the Modem to your router. Then you connect your router to your hub, or in the case of a router/hub combo, you connect your PC's to the Router. Your Router usually acts as a DHCP client for your DSL Service ISP, and as a DHCP server for your local network. However, this requires an external DSL modem. So, I guess for you to do this, you will need to get an external DSL modem, and then wire the Modem and Router in series, and then connect the router to the hub.

HTH.
