12Mbps line only gets me 2.5Mbps or less during the evening. Only get 12 in the mornings and early afternoon when everyone is at work/school, including myself usually.
I called their tech support and get the usual bullshit. Restart your PC, modem, router blah blah blah. Then to top it off they offer to sell me a faster line.. wtf.. It seems to me that they just can't support the load at night?
They only want to send a tech out during the day when it works fine. How do I get out of this 2 year contract.
