sorry if its in the wrong forum but im looking for an answer! im currently on roadrunner cable access and have the opportunity to switch to frontier lightning link which is the local dsl provider, these are my two high speed choices that i have for home im wondering what are the advantages to both/either and the drawbacks. one particular advantage to the dsl is unlimited dial up which will come real handy here at work ;) roadrunner only allows 10 hrs. anyways anyone with experience with both that wants to help me make a decision, the help would be appreciated and cost isnt a factor as both are currently priced the same. thanks

Look at DSL Reports for info.

Which is the best route for you entirely depends on your local area. In some places, cable is the better choice. In others, DSL is.

Which do you need more? A constant speed that won't fluctuate much (DSL) or higher bursts for downloading (cable).

Also, DSL seems to be the better choice for online gaming.
