DSL modem... Why can't I find one anywhere? Help me =(

I'm have DSL on my phone line but Bellsouth has already taken a mouth to ship my DSL modem. I'm tired of waiting for it and I was going to go pick on up but I can't find one anywhere. All I see is routers all over the place... that can't be the same thing is it?

There is another solution, but be careful--*bay usually has a lot for sale from previous customers.
