DSL in Los Angeles

Does anybody know any good quality DSL companies that have good service for a reasonable price? I don't like PacBell just cause their service kinda sucks and that they're charging 50 bucks now. Oh yeah, they don't do the free setup anymore...🙁

I can't help you, but I know that I love Canada. I pay $40 CDN a month for cable. Gotta love our networks up here.

Try mminternetthey run through GTE and some good rates. That's what I have right now and the service isn't too bad.

I 2nd the recommendation. I have mminternet also, and it rules. My speeds are almost always
above what I pay for and their tech support is great. I went down once for a couple hours, called the tech support, they said they'd check into it AND ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK IN 10 MINUTES! Supposedly they run a counterstrike server on the network, but I haven't checked into this.

hahaha....yeah Horry did help the Lakers a bunch today. I'm pretty sure I have pacific bell. Damn, is everywhere charging 50 bucks a month?? I remember when it was 40 a month with a free installation 🙁

DslExtreme.com. Excellent tech support. Dialup 119/yr.

DslExtreme works with both GTE and Pacbell for DSL. But, all the DSL ISP's I know of in the area are now at ~50/mo, though. I got in under the wire with GTE at 39/mo. recently. If anyone knows of a better deal than 49/mo. - lets hear it. Some cable co.'s may beat it.
