DSL for South Jersey......

I want to get DSL (I can't get cable cause of my stupid fat step dad is stealing cable) and i can't seem to find any provider that give me free equipment and no long term contract. Most of the site i found charges like 200 for self install DSL. Kinda whack out. Does anyone know which provider for South Jersey doesn't require yearly contract and ridiculous installation charges?
