DSL connection keeps dropping me out of Counterstrike! HELP!

I can play CS for about 10-30 minutes before it just drops me off the server and back to the console. I have a Speedstream router and a Netgear NIC, this never use to happen at my old house with the same equipment on a different ISP. What could be casuing this problem now?

my PC has been down now for 3 days...
Got the new ti4600 and new case and new MB...all to toss into the system...
 
Does it happen in regular intervals or at the same time? Some ISPs DHCP implementations are less than perfect. I've seen this on a few different providers.

If you want to try a new ISP I can't praise Speakeasy enough.
