Does anyone use Dscaler with the Winfast TV2000? Everyone says it's so superior to any other software, but I don't see a difference between it and the Winfast PVR software that comes with the card. I've tried all the different deinterlacing options on it, and I really don't see why people are raving about it. I guess I should mention I'm mostly watching TV. Does it do a better job on s-video input or something?

The last time i used it, it was better with Video inputs. But as for TV, couldn't tell a difference.

Maybe the Winfast 2000 Deluxe already uses something like Descaler built into the program. I've tried it on other cards like the ATI Radeon VE and it makes a huge difference there.

djunreal, I think the Winfast already does something similar to what dScaler uses. I noticed when set to the highest quality cpu usage jumped to nearly 50% but the image looked a whole lot sharper. I would just use that, it looks good enough.

Yeah, I agree it does look good. I was just thinking maybe I was missing something with dscaler that would make it look even better. Oh well, I'm happy with it. Except when using my PS2, any kind of fast motion is very blurry, which really sucks. But I'm pretty sure there's nothing I can do about that, right?
