DS3R, DS3P or DS4?

Which one is more stable out of all these? I'm confised.
Are the pipes worth it instead of regular heatsinks?
Don't really plan to overclock.

I use the DS4 and I love it. They have a lot of models, the DS4 fit my needs for features so I went with it! Stability shouldn't be a concern with any of them AFAIK

Oh, if you plan on using the Freezer 7 Pro make sure you get low profile ram without the huge heatspreaders like the Reaper ram or Corsair Dominators.

Does the Arctic Freezer 7 cover any of the RAM slots?
My Scythe Ninja is huge and eclipses the 2 RAM slots closest to the CPU. Luckily, I had the normal Corsair XMS2 RAM and I installed that first, otherwise things would've gotten very messy. There's also very little height clearance for the RAM with the Ninja, there's probably about a millimeter of clearance above the RAM module.

I use the DS4 and have built several systems using all of the gigabyte P35/G33/P31/G31 motherboards and they all perform very well. If theres a difference in performance in the boards you list it would be so small you would need a benchmark program to tell the difference so like DarkRouge suggests, it boils down to features!

I use the DS4 because I wanted the 9R southbridge chipset for raid, and needed several internal usb headers as well as firewire, so it worked great for my needs. Additionally, I have the rear esata hooked up along with a drive caddy in my tower for retrieving data from broken systems, to put on the new ones I build for them🙂. Having lots of sata headers worked great for me. Has been a great board running my quad 6600 at 3.3 and now a Q9300 so far at 3.0 because I havent taken the time to play with it much.

just ordered a ds3l. Its replacing a ip35 that has audio issues and wont keep the overclock settings.

Thanks for posting nice comparo link on newegg, really helped. Wished it had a firewire, but i have some cheapie pci cards lying around so thats ok.
