DS3 wont boot with 2 sticks of memory

My 965P-DS3 is having issues with my Super Talent PC6400 DDR2 2x1GB set. It boots fine with one stick of memory. With the 2nd stick, it wont even POST. Using both sticks in any config, will post, let me run memtest, but not load windows. Memtest tests the single stick fine, and the dual sticks as having many errors. When i test both sticks in any config (singles or pair) the test 100% good in a different comp.

When using the single stick (supposed bad one) or the pair, it always comes up with the Award Bootblock searching for BIOS. After switching from the supposed bad stick or the pair to the supposed good stick, it also pops up the Bootblock.

Any ideas? I cant readily get myself new memory to test with, and the motherboard has just been RMA'd so it should be fine.
