DS3 running hot

I have a Gigabyte DS3 and the passive heatsink on it is very hot to the touch. Is it normal for these boards to run this hot? Its not even being pushed(o/ced)

I believe that *is* normal for the DS3.

yep, it is normal - if you're worried throw a small fan on that hot heatsink.
