DS3 rev 3.3 with E6600 memtest errors! please help

I have been working on this computer for a while now to run stable. My specs are:

E6600
Gigabyte DS3 rev 3.3
Corsair DDR2 6400C4 x 2GB
XFX 450M 7900GS
Seagate 7200.10 320GB x 2 - Raid 0
X-Fi XtremeGamer
OCZ GameXstreme 700watt PSU
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
Thermalright HR-05
Antec P150 Case.

The problem is my system will not run orthos stable, so I tried running MemTest86 v1.7 to see if it was my memory, of course I received multiple errors when running OC'ed. So I turned the setting back down to stock with the exception of the DDR voltage (set to +0.3 b/c that is corsairs recommended settings). I ran Memtest again and I still get errors, usually on test 4 or 5. I tried only using one stick of memory and still receive errors!

Please help. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know if it is the memory or is it the motherboard?

Thank you.

Do you have another pair of RAM that you can use instead? If those pair don't give you any errors, then it must be your Corsair RAM.

No I do not. I was thinking of purchasing an additional set, but I wasn't sure which to go with and what exactly to do with the memory after I tested it.
