DS3 problem (please help!)

My DS3 will not take a bios flash from qflash, it seems to work, but then I reboot, set my OC back, head into windows and CPU-Z is showing f2 still. Is there any wasy to winflash these mobo's if so, is it safe enough?

Ya do a windows flash, thats how I always do it. Download the latest BIOS http://rapidshare.de/files/27992161/965PDS3.F4C.html

The Windows BIOS updater is included on the drivers CD and it is called @BIOS.

i use @bios and it worked great. make sure you grab the f4C bios.
