Hi,
can't decide between the DS3 and p5n-e sli.would like some advice as this is my first build and would like to try my hand at OC.
so far i've got:
e4300
80gb IDE HD will add seagate 320gb sata2 later
8800gts 320mb
g.skill F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ

which mb will be more compatible and easier to OC with this cheap RAM or is there no difference?

Also, will an OCZ 450w modstream be sufficient for OCing this rig?
