DS3 bios flash... in vista?

I am running vista home premium 32 bit and I am wondering how to flash the bios under this os.

Also, I have no floppy drive, only a cd one.

i used @bios in vista ultimate 64-bit without problems.

I am also updating my BIOS...

Do I need to turn off any of those annoying protection features in Vista before running @bios? It says to turn off security measures but I am not sure what this means.

I just flashed my DS3 1.3 last night and did not turn anything off in Vista 32-bit. Flashed fine
