drwtsn32.exe failed

hey guys,

i have a winbook Si laptop with windows XP on it. It has been fine ever since i put XP on it, but yesterday when i booted it up, i got an error saying drtwsn32.exe failed to initialize properly
, i cannot move the mouse pointer with the touchpad and so i hit enter. the message goes away, then a second later i get a blue screen that says {stop fatal error} c000021a

anybody got any ideas whats wrong

I tried bootin into safe mode but got the same error.
