Drving from Boston to Myrtle Beach

I have a week at a timeshare in late april and I'd like to get there early afternoon on Saturday to check in. So I was planning on leaving around midnight from Boston and driving through the night. Just wondering if anyone has done this drive before. I'm more concerned about the stretch from Boston -> NJ as it will be in the middle of the night with finding places that are open for gas, reststops, etc.
 
I've driven down from NJ to Miami twice. Lots of places to get food and gas throughout the night on rt. 95.
