Most of those I've seen are 50 rounds depending on caliber (I think the 45ACP ones are 40 rounds). I haven't owned any, but from what I've heard it's like most things, depending on who made it, is how reliable it is. The cheapo ones jam every other round, but I've heard one for Glocks 9mm that runs like a champ. Def a YMMV thing..

Shouldn't this be in the "I love Guns" thread?

Yeah, this is exactly what our founding fathers had in mind when they wanted everyone to have the right to a firearm.

I hope you appreciate the irony of your statement that was posted on the Internet.

Pretty sure they didn't exclude cannons, why would they have a problem with this?

That being said, this is dumb. Way too heavy for a pistol, especially in .45ACP. This is just to take to the range. No one is going to carry this nonsense. This is what an SBR is for.

Is that a tactical edition drum?
I don't buy anything unless it's a tactical edition.

Been a bitch trying to replace our barbecue since no one sells a tactical edition gas grill.

Yup, that is what they were thinking.

"The Constitution preserves the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation where the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms."

- James Madison, author of the Constitution and Bill of Rights

Not militias. THE PEOPLE.

I'm not a gun person although I've used them in the past. That seems to defeat the purpose of having a hand gun. My guess is that no one buys these for any practical reason but more as a novelty.

Nah, I bet you it's a misinterpretation of what they really meant. You know, they want people to have huge guns, but not the bullets spitting kind...

Bingo.

1) It's heavy

2) It's prone to jamming

3) It's hard to conceal

4) It throws off a gun's balance

Yet it looks scary to anti-gun people, so they'll try to ban it.
