Drug war illegal electronic surveillance.

The people who lived upstairs from me, were using audio visual illegal electronic surveillance on me.
I found that there is no where to report such a crime in the government.
No government agents will arrest their criminal informants for anything unless they are forced to by public exposure.
Yet they are suppose to arrest those who violate your rights, or you'll have to take the law into your own hands.
The government will spend the tax payer broke, keeping their criminals from justice.

So my question is: HOW IS ILLEGAL ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE DETERED ?
OR, how do "We the People" get law suites started to deter this criminal activity ?

The government does support criminal activity if it suits their purposes
and there are a lot of skummy people in the world who would follow behind the neighbor hood bully.

During our slavery period, MOST good folks WOULD turn in a man trying to be free even if the reward was small.
But there were some who wouldn't turn in a runaway slave,
and there were some actual good people who would help them.

But my question is how does one get a conviction & law suit to deter our governments criminals ?

Illegal monitoring is a Federal, most often a state crime. If you remember, the persons recording the Gingrich conversations were prosecuted and convicted. You should call your local police department. If they cannot, or refuse to help, then call the FBI.

Second, are you sure that they aren't undercover DEA agents? Hmmmmmnnnnnn....(just kidding!)

An incorrect statement to the Forrest service employies who lived upstairs started it.

I could hear a woman upstairs argueing with her husband about the illegal electronic surveillance on me.
She knew it was wrong, he didn't care as long as it benifitted him.

I'm drug free. The City police supplyed the equipment.
They had illegal surveillance parties of about 8.
There were about a dozen people involved in the crime.
I have contacted most government organizations & polititions and found that
the governments agents are above the law
and there is no where in the government to get help to deter or prosecute the criminals.

I have noticed that the public in general has a tendency to blame the crime on the victom
as has been done here by some posters.

I have proven police corruption and criminal activity in court and nothing was done to deter it.
The opposite occured. Cover up called "internal investigation" was the result.

I have proven the same to individuals and the first reaction is "No, that's not true"
and yet the evidece is quite clear in transcriptions & finger print evidence.
People see police corruption convictions on TV quite regularly,
so it takes a lot of denyal to conclude that their area is corruption free.
After more convincing a person will start to get a grasp on the thought that our government is corrupt to the core.
But a strange thing happens. With in about a week, they have gone back to their mind set as it was before the evidence was presented to them.
It has to do with security. Once one really knows what goes on in our police departments, they don't feel secure any more.
They can't live like that, it's too stressfull. Yet they will quickly take that security from others over what they choose to consume in a free country or if they are gay, or of another religion, or a million other wrongfull reasons.
So because of the stress, the start with the excuses untill they go back to feeling secure with our police department.
The it will never happen to me, because I'm a good person. (But if one has lost rights, we all have.)
There are lots of excuses.

In a free country where we have a "government by and for the people"
do I own me, or does the government ?
If I own me, I have the right to harm myself.

The police officers I turned in for releasing an 8 time convicted violent felon from jail as payment for perjury and planted drugs.

One cop was a pot smoker and was stealing pot from citisens and storing it in a shed by his house.
Because he got it for free, he didn't keep track of it and the neighbor hood children knew that they could get free pot from the neighbor policeman.

One cop retired to spend more time with her children, even though she had just been promoted to detective.
Her husband reported that she was in a cocaine dry out center in another state, after her retirement.

A local judge declaired that he didn't want our local police to store any drug evidence in their building because it disappeared.

One cop got promoted to chief of police in Nome Alaska.
Corrupt cops are above the law, so moveing them out of town to worse locations is what is done.
Nome is as far north as a cop can be promoted.

I turned in our district attorney to the attorney general of the state.
I presented evidence that he had released a violent felon from jail as payment for perjury and planting drugs,
then he refused to correct the error, then he lied to the ombudsman about it stateing
that if there were any evidence of the perjury or planted drugs he would prosecute.
But I sent a copy of the evidence I presented to him to the attorney general and stated
"I know how it works around here. No body goes to jail, they just retire. I want him removed and I'll watch the paper for the results. If you can't see the need, I'll go over your head and report your conduct also."
A week later the district attorney announced in the paper that he was accepting a job teaching at a college in another state.

I sent evidence packets to every city council member and asked for a change.
They hired an out of town retired chief of police to investigate our police department.
Our cheif of police reported that he was an autocrat (=above the law) during the investigation
and it was revieled that he had NO POLICE TRAINING what so ever.

My question still stands. Where does one report illegal electronic surveillance by our governmnet ?
Or are they above the law and do not support our rights to privacy, freedom of speach, & the rest.
