When I was in my 20's I used to buy drugs off the street to get HIGH and to feel better!

Now I'm in my 50's and I buy them to kill the pain and to be able to sleep at night. Basically to feel better.

Sad thing is, back then the drugs on the street cost you a arm and a leg and NOW it's cheaper in the long run to buy them on the street than it is to get them and the pharmacy, when you add in the cost of a doctor visit, it's a LOT cheaper....

Something just ain't right about that! 😕

the street drugs and the pharmacy drugs - different, no? unless you were a medical ganj patient.. then you could stroll in and score your legit sack
 
I was never scared of the stuff I got on the street.
I'm scared to go to the doctor because I'm afraid that whenever he gives me the newest latest and greatest drug for my ailment, it'll be pulled off the market because it will kill me.
(Not unfounded, happened twice to me so far.)

no sh1t? what were the perscriptions if you don't mind me asking? man the FDA is having a heyday busting companies, is it not? the test groups are small, the studies aren't done for long enough / are not conclusive based on a messed up sample size or demographic, and stuff is released to the public too quick. when there's money to be made, pharmaceutical companies sure can cut the corners can't they? oh well i'm just talking out of my ass - maybe this doesn't happen as often as the media would have you think.

i'll stick to the tried, tested & true substances 😛
 
Weird thing is, I can buy the real thing (percs, morphine etc.) from friends that have scrips for them cheaper because they have health insurance that pays for their scrips, but if I were to get a scrip, it would cost me maybe 10X as much.
