I was poking around the car lot's trying to find a good prospect to replace my POS Suzuki Aerio that has been giving me nothing but grief since I got it. I spotted the Spyder and took a closer look at it, forgot how much I liked those cars. Then I saw the price, just over 12K. So I said what the hell and flagged down a sales man.
It was a 2000 and ~53,000 miles on it, not too bad for the price. He asked if I wanted to drive it and I said sure. It's a bit tricky to get in and out of but it's pretty comfy once you get settled. The clutch was one of the best I have used (though I haven't used that many, but it was nice none the less) and it popped right into gear. No searching, no guessing, just slid right into place.
Man, I loved it. To tell the truth, I almost bought it right then, but my better judgment (and the fact my job sucks right now) made me hold off. But I'm pretty sure it made my list of cars.
