I?ve been using DropBox as a way to quickly share files between multiple computers. It automatically syncs files across the internet, but the actual files are kept locally, which means that you can access them offline. It also seems pretty good about detecting and helping you resolve conflicts if you change the same file offline on multiple computers.
It also works on Windows and Linux both, which is a must for me, and also works on Macs (which I don?t own).
You get 2G for free, and more for a yearly fee.

Disclaimer: while I think this is a pretty neat little piece of software, another way to get extra storage (up to 5 G) is to refer people to try it and that?s what I?m doing here. If you feel like giving it a try, and helping out an ATer, use the link below (I don't believe it is agaisnt forum rules).

If you'd rather not use the referral link, that's OK too and go to www.getdropbox.com to get started.

I use Dropbox and it's great. I wish they'd release a client that you can use with FTP for personal use. I've been using Allway Sync for that instead - not quite as user friendly, but can be used to accomplish the same tasks.
