This, of course, is the fundamental reason Obama can't bow out. He is obligated by reciprocity, to represent those of us who support him. He has that moral duty and can't respond to the wishes of the other side. If the people who want him as President were to ask him to step aside, that would be a different matter, one that will never happen. I vote for what I want, my fundamental right, my ideals, my fantasy, my dreams and I see in them nothing that would want me to want him to defer to Clinton.
If you don't agree, you can vote differently or express a different opinion.
What I don't understand is why those who see utility in a Clinton Obama ticket ignore the obvious moral duty he has to me and those who support him.
Hillary is the known. The known is what has gotten us where we are. I want go pearl diving in the Sea of Obama. We need change that is disruptive and the known won't provide that. It's a certainty, I think. The Clintons practice politics with a finger in the air.
