Got my T-Bird 1.2ghz and mobo. Super sweet setup. But the d@mned mobo did NOT like one of my 256meg sticks :(
768 megs of ram again for at least another two weeks. *sighs*

Uhm...I'm pretty sure Tbird motherboards only comes with 3 dimm slots. Unless your running 512MB, 256MB x 3 = 768MB? Didn't think you could get 1GB memory in Tbird motherboard unless your using 512MB dimms.

It may be a tough climb to 1 gig with 256. That requires a high amperage to get all those &quot;sides&quot; of mem to work. Memory registers remove this demand from the motherboard. Might want to check setting of Dram Driving Value in Bios. Problem is there usually isn't a lot of documentation about this setting usually. Anyways still sounds nice.
