I posted this on drobospace community in their help section last night.. but they still haven't replied, so I figured I would post on here as well.. in case anybody can help me faster..

I just recently moved and had been using my drobo on my laptop until i got my desktop setup. my laptop is winxp pro 32bit.. and it was working fine without drobo dashboard.. After I installed the 64bit version of winxp pro on my main pc, I plugged drobo into the usb and the drive didn't show.. so I went to disk management and it showed the 2tb drive there but was unallocated.. so i made it a partition but chose not to format it. and whenever i click on the drive it says it's not formated and asks me if i'd like to.. i chose no.. i tried plugging back into my laptop and it's doing the same thing on there now.

the blue led lights on the drobo are still almost full capacity like before.. so i'm praying that my data is still there?

but how do i fix it so i can access again?

please please please help.

Hi, I am in the process of setting up a 64-bit system and was wondering if my first generation Drobo's would be OK on it. Did you get anywhere?
