i just heard this on a news radio station...
in france, many angry driving (road) test flunkers take their rage out on the officers who fail their exam. many have been kicked and beaten. some have even been raped. :Q
apparently, the situation has so gotten out of control, that they decided to give the test result in mail within 24 hours, rather than in person.
wow..
interesting?
another stat that caught my attention was that 2/3 of exam takers each year goes home not driving.
i'm sure US's figure on that is much lower.
and i'm imagining that this probably is the reason for so many bad drivers in the states.
especially in Mass!!!
the full detail would be here... but it's a paid subscription archive... 🙁
if anyone finds a free article... please let me know.
while i was doing a search... i ran into another interesting but a bit old fact.
