Driving: safe turn speeds

My Google skills suck. Does anyone know of a link that lists the typical/safe driving speeds when making a left turn or a right turn at a sharp intersection?

Conditions:

Civic, 25 mph roads at an intersection with a stop light, road is clear, except a cop is looking at you.

I don't have a google link, but I believe my driver's manual said 10-15 mph. I don't look at the speedometer though, I go whatever speed seems safe.

depends on your car, your tyres, your driving style, the road condition, whether it's a busy intersection, etc, etc

When I glance at my speedometer, it says ~10 to 12 mph. I was just wondering if I could get that in print.

as fast as I can go without putting myself at unnecessary risk of hitting something... if that means a 45mph right turn, so be it. Sometimes my back end does slide out

Thats why I got Z rated tires

if I actually looked, I'd hit something for sure... I like to pay attention to where my car is, and more importantly, where the other cars/curbs/signs/trees are

I agree, it isn't safe as a driver. But if you are a passenger and look at it during a turn, you are not going to hit anything.

I agree, it isn't safe as a driver. But if you are a passenger and look at it during a turn, you are not going to hit anything.

If someone would install a HUD in my car, mabye I'd be able to tell you

It depends on how sharp it is. It's a much sharper turn to turn right than left because turning left you are crossing over the driving lanes. Right I'd say around 15 or so. Left you could do more like 20+ Plus every car handles differently so there's not going to be a generic number that works for everyone.

depends on the car too, someone with a massive van would (should) take it slower, while a skinny chick in a mini could fly into them without a prob

Yeah, but I looked through the online manual and I couldn't find it anywhere.

Thats why I got Z rated tires

I don't really see what the speed rating/stiffness of your tires has to do with making a 45mph right turn.
