Driving in the rain...

Never mind that 95% of the population thinks that rain is a sign to speed up and tailgate some more, but you also have to put up with stupid wipers flashing in front of you (and smearing/squeaking if there's just enough rain to need them, but not enough for them to work properly 😛), the windows fogging up if you don't use the a/c or heater, and to make the mix even more fun, massive understeer at every roundabout in my poor old 323...

Actually the massive understeer is great fun if you're in the mood 😉, but if you're just in a hurry it gets old very quickly 😛

Meh - a good layer of rain-x and decent tires makes it no problem 😛 Besides - the xB has stability control 😛

I got some Dunlop tires on my 97 Maxima...reviews said they ran better times on a wet track than a dry track which I didn't believe...but after driving them in the rain I sure do.

They do wear out a little quicker than I'd like..but they are rated for 110MPH I think.

Oh yeah. I didn't even have a cell phone at the time either (I had just ordered one, but it hadn't yet come...)

I don't like driving in the rain, but I like sleeping when it is raining outside.

A month or two ago, there was an insanely heavy rain downpour...I literally couldn't see the highway I was driving on. I'm surprised no one crashed (that I saw anyway)...

That squeaking is common for old wipers (mine do too), but new ones, clean windshield and some better windshield wiper liquid solve this
The wipers on my brother's car (Renault Clio) don't smear or squeak (but I only use water and some liquid soap and some alcohol as windshield wiper fluid)
