Drives powering down on restart

Does anyone know how to fix the problem where my hard drives are powering down on restart? It gets very annoying, because it takes a little longer loading windows XP home eidtion back up because the drives have to spin back up.
 
Check Under Power Management.

To do this, right-click on your desktop. Go to properties.

Under Screensaver, there should be a button to adjust Power. Make sure Turn Off Hard Disks is set to Never.

I'm looking at XP Pro so not 100% sure it's the same path.
