Could Child Services get involved?

Just curious if it would be a way to deal with some idjits.

I see no relevance between traffic citations and CPS, which would require some child involved.

I think what he's trying to ask (and it would be evil if he really wants to do that), is to report a driver like that to CPS, saying that the driver is endangering their child. Depending on how bad the driver is, it could actually help the child be safe. But I think more likely it will just lead to a child unfairly losing their parents and ending up in some foster home.

Young/small children routinely not secured in child-safety seats? (especially with impaired/reckless driving)

In Connecticut forget a simple "traffic citation" .... that sort of thing can net you a "risk of injury to a minor" (this is a "catch-all" law in CT) felony charge too. Throw in DUI and/or possession and forget about it... see you in 5 years potentially.
