Drivers who consistently drive on the far right lanes

These are the ones that are going 10-15 below speed limit for no reason. If you look at the drivers they look like their minds are somewhere else. They are also too overly cautious and way too happy with the brakes. If someone tries to merge in to make an exit they're smashing on their brakes as if they're about to hit the other car. Socal is just full of them.:|
 
Hey, at least they're in the right lane. All the slow drivers are in the left most lane here in Toronto.
 
The far right is where people are supposed to drive slow.
If you dont like it, avoid it.

I am of the opinion that the worst drivers are the ones that hate any lane they are in and try to hop like freakin Super Mario and get ahead of everyone, just to be cool.
 
To be fair, some of them have a reason. Old people, for whatever reason, are just crappy drivers in general. When I took my younger brother on the highway for the first time he was pretty nervous, and did a good 10 under the whole trip. I drove home 😛
 
As long as they stay the f*** out of my way in the left lane, I don't care. Right lane is for the slower traffic, so they have every right to do less than the speed limit. Remember, the speed limit is a MAXIMUM speed (haha, like anyone obeys THAT one) , not a minimum one. (within reason, obviously). Someone doing 50 in a 55, in the right lane, is OK by me. Someone doing 20 in a 55 in the right lane needs to be shot.

Maybe we can route those people through Oakland and let the problem take care of itself...
 
i admit, i can be a right lane warrior sometimes on LA freeways, mostly because everyone else's driving terrifies me or is SO bad i can't stand it and want to be able to get off the freeway asap. i also refuse to be that person that waits until they see the exit sign and realize they only have 1/4 mile to go before the exit.

i'm usually only in the left lane and speeding if i know i'm going to be on the freeway for a long time.

speed limit is supposed to be the maximum you are supposed to travel. 1mph above, theoretically a cop can pull you over. theoretically.
 
speed limit is 55 here, i like to stay in the rightmost lane with cruise set to 62
if i'm somewhere where the limit is 65 i set the cruise to 72, still in the rightmost lane.

how the hell can you break the speed limit in the right lane?!?!? those days are like... once in a blue moon. heh

i don't hate the right laners as much as i hate the "can't stay a constant speed" folk. I'll be driving along, holding at 70... and a car will be going 65 or so and i'm to the left of it. as I approach, they speed up to match me. I don't care that much, except when I'm gradually passing them so I can get over to the right.

wait, why don't I just slow down and go around that way? because when I do.. THEY SLOW DOWN TOO.

I hate when you're driving the SPEED LIMIT in the left lane, and people are riding your A$$ all the way, and when I get in the right lane, I'm plagued by slow people.

You need to get your dumbass out of the fast lane. There's nothing worse than some idiot going the speed limit in the left lane. There is no excuse for this behavior. Who the hell taught you to drive anyway?
