Wahoo! I have my test tomorrow @ 8:00am

wish it was later. I usually wake up around 11:00. Oh well, I'll manage. I'm gonna stop by starbucks before it and wake up to an espresso :D

At least I'll get my license (assuming I pass--which shouldn't be a problem). And then mah rents are going to boston, so I'll have the Volvo!

Yay for me!

Hehe. I'm actually probably not going to have an espresso. I'm probably just going to get up around 6:00 and go for an early morning run, as usual. Probably not gonna go 7 milies, but I don't want to ruin my daily routine.

I'm actually not that nervous. I'm a very good driver. Plus, the way I see it, I'm not in a rush to get anywhere during my test, so I'm just gonna take it slow. Hopefully it won't be thunder storms, as they are predicting, but a little rain won't bother me.

Something you might want to do is go about 5 mph under the speed limit for the entire test. Your tester will think that you're awesome. I did that, and someone passed me in a no passing zone, and the tester was impressed that I didn't speed up 'based on the actions of the traffic around me.'

Also, make sure you come to a complete stop at all stop signs. I was really nervous, and there were a couple times when I didn't 'roll back.' In Michigan I think you can miss 25 points or something close to that...I missed only five for my stop sign antics.

Good luck!

at stop signs, stop and count to 3 in your head (what my driving person told me to do). Also, it's ok if you go a little over the speed limit, just make sure to bring it back down--the person giving the test will know that you're aware of the speed you're driving at.

Good luck. I wouldn't drink too much coffee. Just enough to wake you up.

Take everything nice and slow and just relax. You'll do just fine.
