This is my first computer build (see parts below). One of the things I'm hazy about is drivers. I would like to use a DVD to load windows. Will there already be drivers available on the mobo to allow DVD use or will I have to go the USB Stick route?

Shouldn't need any drivers to load windows from a DVD, but you're better off downloading the latest ISO from Microsoft and installing off a USB. It will mean fewer post installation updates to download, and it generally makes for a faster install.

I already purchased a DVD copy of Windows 11 pro.

So, has anyone here encountered a problems using a DVD before windows installation on their new build?

Doesn't matter that you purchased the DVD. The ISO files are free to download, and you would just use the license # that came with the DVD when it is time to activate.

If your DVD drive is hooked up to a standard SATA port, you're going to be fine. Just try it. If it doesn't work, come back to us.
