Drivers Permit?

Just wondering, do you NEED insurance when you get a Permit? Or are you covered when you drive your parent's Vehicle?

whoever's driving with you = you're using their insurance i believe. Or at least if you get a ticket it goes on their record or something... actually I really don't know heh

I'm pretty sure you insure the car, not so much the driver but everything is different...
