Drivers for Windows 7

I am about to install windows 7 beta on my laptop. nobody currently has drivers for windows 7, any thoughts on this?

If the driver dosent come with windows 7 i imagine the vista x32/x64 drivers would suffice, since windows 7 is basically vista+. Im just guessing btw i havent had to look for drivers.

EDIT: Yeah definately, use vista drivers, works for me.

I didn't have to install any drivers at all on my Inspiron e1505 when I installed Windows 7. Try running it on a separate partition on your laptop before you completely reformat.

Try the Vista drivers first.

Win 7 seems to be very similar to Vista on many counts...but much faster. At least the beta is.

Well I hope that it is better than vista. I have used Vista Beta 2 and Vista Business since I received it for free while I was at school from the University I was attending, and I was not much a fan, it probably didn't help that I only had 1GB of ram at the time, but I still was not that big of a fan. I hope windows 7 strikes my fancy more. Has anyone encountered software issues yet? as in programs not working on the platform
