It should be the same card as the 2k/3k so the drivers should work. maybe it a voodoo2?

The V3 drivers should work for it. If you do not figure it out you better call their tech support soon before they close doors for good in a month.

They won't support a v3 1000 as it's an OEM card, but the 2000 drivers should work for you, they work for my friend. It's basically a V3 2000 underclocked to 125 mhz. Try getting older drivers first, as the newer ones might have some utility that doesn't allow installing of the drivers. (3dfx isn't supposed to support those cards which is why crappy OEM's such as Compaq put them in. )

I just installed the latest vodoo3 2/3 drivers (from 3dfx site) on my old OEM V3 1000 (system I gave to my mom-in-law) last week. They work(ed) just peachy for me...?

hey isnt there a way to use a registry hack to enable the deactivated second TMU? or is it automatically activated by using v3 2k drivers? LMK!

The V3 1000 already has the second TMU enabled with it's default drivers. You are thinking of the Velocity 100. Either can use V3 2000/3000 drivers which do enable the second TMU on the Velocity.
