Drivers for Digital PC model 5100?

My sister-in-law recently acquired a Digital PC model 5100 with no OS installed. The motherboard has onboard video, sound and LAN. Unfortunately, Win98 doesn't recognize any of the hardware, and I can't find a web site for the Digital PC company. Any ideas, now that www.windrivers.com requires a subscription to their site?
