Drivers for ATI 9700 pro

You should go download the latest Catalyst drivers from Rage3d.com or ATI.
I believe the latest version is 3.1.
 
How much better is the9700 pro than the Nvidea geforce 4 ti 4600? I know everyone will think it's not worth it to upgrade, but it's for my second system.
 
Oh, it is a lot better.
Here is the link to the Anandtech review of the 9700, and the benchies are against the 4600 so you'll get an idea
of what type of performance to expect.
 
With all the eye candy turned on (4x FSAA 16x AF) it is 50+% faster. There are a few situations in which it is 200+%.
