Well, I fixed it. Uninstalling Kerio fixed the blue screen, as I said earlier. The internet problem was just a few settings I overlooked. Apparently this onboard NIC and my home router don't get along, so it didn't autodetect just right. Turns out AOL was an old subscription so I didn't have to worry about that, they use RoadRunner now. The AOL connections in Internet Options still won't delete, but I don't thinkt they're really there. I think they're "brain farts" becasue when I click properties it says it can't find the phone book entries for them. I don't guess it's hurting anything, but I'd still like to get rid of them. I'm gonna do some routine maintenance like defrag for them, and send it back to the owner tomorrow. Many thanks to all of you that helped. Hope my problem helps somebody else.
