Driver Woes with PNY GF3 TI200

I have a PNY GF3 Ti 200 that is acting all funny lately. For some reason, the only drivers that will work are the 41.09 detonator drivers. Whenever I try to install a different version of drivers, windows claims that the "device has failed" or my computer hard locks. Furthermore, I could never get the TV-out to work on my card, even though I followed all the instructions at PNY. Do you guys think I have a defective video card? And yes, I am uninstalling the drivers, rebooting, then installing the new drivers, rebooting. This is all on an Epox 8k3ae (KT333) at 133/133 (not overclocked).
