Driver study: Cell phones not major distraction

The problem is that some people CANNOT drive while talking on the cell phone. Figiting with a radio dial doesn't take as much time. True, there are some worse distractions, like any MORON that decides that putting on make up while driving is a good idea.

where did they do their study, in Laramie WY?

I don't buy it, Cell phone's are a constant distraction... I see less signals and morrors being used thanks to these sh!t eating things

For those that use them, cell phones ARE a major distraction. All that study points out is that only 30% of the drivers in that study used a cell phone while driving.
